Custom Order Lenses

What are custom order lenses?

Custom order/ special lenses are lenses that are made to order by the manufacturer especially to fit your eyes.   We place the order with the manufacturer according to the prescription that you filled in, so please be extra careful in filling out your prescription!

How long do they take to make?

They take an average of 2-4 weeks to be manufactured (a little longer for Optima Toric lenses).  They can sometimes be completed sooner, but there is no guarantee.  This is completely up to the manufacturer.

The list of custom order lenses available for order are as follows:

• Biofinity XR (2 – 4 weeks)
• Biofinity Toric XR (2 – 4 weeks)
• Proclear Multifocal Toric (2 – 4 weeks)
• Proclear Multifocal XR (2 – 4 weeks)
• Proclear Toric XR (2 – 4 weeks)

Can I modify/ cancel/ return/ exchange my order of custom order lenses?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.  Custom order lenses are custom-made to your order and are therefore final.  They cannot be modified or cancelled once we’ve placed your order with the manufacturer to create for you.  For the same reason, they also cannot be returned or exchanged even with the box unopened.  (See our return policy.)
